The EOS Guy
As a Vistage Chair and EOS Implementer, Jim believes in leaders - entrepreneurs, senior teams, business owners. His great passion is helping leaders take a vision and make it a reality. He brings many years to the table as a successful entrepreneur and business leader that drives results.
Kim is an accomplished Strategic Manager with a proven track record of delivering results. She is a natural problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and an ability to think outside the box. Her analytical skills and strong business acumen enable her to develop and implement effective strategies that drive growth and profitability for her clients. The Army Guy
Andrew, renowned as the go-to guy for achieving excellence and getting things done, has excelled in diverse financial and operational roles. From serving as an Artillery Officer in the U.S. Army after graduating from West Point to becoming the Chief Investment Officer at a Chicago family office where he notably doubled returns. He later spearheaded unprecedented growth at his family's industrial filtration business and, as the COO of the venture-backed startup Zeconomy, Inc., played a pivotal role in a fivefold increase in business valuation. Currently, Andrew relishes life in Southlake, Texas, with his four children.
The Communications Specialist
Terry Chevalier, owner and Managing Director of Sunstone Associates, offers over 25 years of telecommunications expertise, guiding companies through vast opportunities and challenges, including federal programs and high-value exits. Previously, he played pivotal roles in AT&T and Blucora, overseeing significant spectrum acquisitions and growth strategies. Additionally, Terry boasts a management consulting background with Bain & Company, a decade in the U.S. Intelligence Community, and holds degrees from the Missouri University of Science and Technology and Duke University.
The Right Hand
Kelsey is highly skilled and extremely organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing us at Mastery Partners. Her positivity and ability to "get it done" are an asset to our team. Kelsey graduated from the University of North Texas and has her Masters in Music Business from NYU.
Connor Kenney is a dedicated and experienced business owner and life-long innovator, having started his web marketing firm, Arcadia Web Solutions, at just 13 years of age. He loves entrepreneurism. Connor is now studying to earn his B.S. in Finance at Texas Tech University's Rawls College of Business. He does all things marketing for us. So if you see it, read it or hear it, it's probably Connor's work.
